Join us

Let's build together a partnership tailored to your situation, your expectations and your ambitions.

Joining Lutecia Care means realising the value of what you have built, preserving your freedom to practise and making your practice part of a leading collective medical project.

Partner practitioners

You built your centre; let's prepare its next chapter together.

Why join us? Five reasons that make the difference.

You remain in control of your medical practice.

Status as a managing partner within the SEL, medical and organisational autonomy, control over your pace of work, protocols, tracers and clinical decisions.

You delegate everything that is not medical.

Support functions handled by dedicated teams — HR, accounting, legal, IT, procurement, radiation protection, authorisations and equipment management — so that your practice can refocus on the patient and on clinical decisions.

You gain access to regular investment, backed by the collective.

Renewal of technical facilities, access to recent equipment, new tracers and useful innovations, with collaborative decisions made as close as possible to the medical needs of each centre.

You join a structured medical community.

A project 100% dedicated to nuclear medicine, bringing partner practitioners together around shared experience, cross-reading, tele-expertise and harmonised protocols.

You keep control of the value you create.

Capital held mainly by physicians, activity-based remuneration and profit-sharing, in a model where the value created remains tied to the practice itself and to the quality of care.

Testimonial

“By joining the network, the first thing I gained was time: accounting, legal and human resources are handled at group level, and I can focus on medicine. You also leave behind the isolation of the practice: we talk with colleagues, we are supported in dealings with the regional health agencies (ARS), and we have access to innovations such as therapy, which are difficult to set up alone. For me, what matters most is that medical quality always comes first, never profitability.”

Dr Laurent Déchaux, partner physician (Nîmes).

You remain a managing partner within your SEL (professional practice company), with an active role in the governance of your practice. The model is not based on salaried employment: you practise privately, with medical, organisational and entrepreneurial responsibility.

Remuneration indexed to activity and profit-sharing, in a model where the value created remains tied to the practice and to the quality of care.

No. You retain your medical and organisational autonomy. You choose your medical and paramedical staff, your equipment, your tracers, your imaging protocols and your way of working.

You choose whether or not to delegate certain tasks to Lutecia Care, such as accounting, price negotiations with suppliers, IT management, GDPR compliance… You receive support with HR management and legal matters. You are supported in your dealings with the regional health agency (ARS) and the nuclear safety and radiation protection authority (ASNR).

No. You remain free to choose your professional tools and your service providers.

You are in contact with many nuclear physicians of different ages and backgrounds with whom to discuss your practice. Imaging protocols are shared. The Internal Medical Committee gives you regular exchanges with your colleagues. An internal tele-reading network has been set up within Lutecia Care so that you can request a second opinion on an examination securely, with that work recognised. An annual medical seminar is open to all the group's physicians.

You must be a nuclear physician who has completed a medical doctoral thesis. Young physicians who have finished their residency, hospital physicians (AHU, PH, PU-PH…), practitioners from comprehensive cancer centres (CRLCC) and physicians in private practice are all welcome.
