Governance
At Lutecia Care, the medical project comes first. Majority-owned and controlled by its founders and its nuclear physicians, the Group rests on a governance model that puts physicians at the heart of decision-making. They are not merely shareholders: they take part in strategic decisions, steer the Group's development and build its future.
Joining Lutecia Care means joining a group where your voice counts at every level, from the major strategic directions to day-to-day clinical practice.
The Supervisory Board approves the Group's strategic decisions and oversees the Executive Committee, which is responsible for day-to-day operational management. It has five members, including 3 physicians: 2 co-founding physicians and 1 physician representing all physicians, appointed by the college of the Group's physician shareholders. Practitioners thus take a direct part in the most important decisions, and their interests are represented at the highest level.
Beyond the Board, every physician can get involved in one of the Group's committees. These are forums for reflection, expertise and consultation, which inform strategic decisions and move the medical and operational project forward.
All of the Group's nuclear physicians, led by Erwann Gabiache
The same excellence in every centre. It ensures that every patient benefits from the same level of quality, whichever centre they attend.
Building the network
It brings together all the physicians and the management team. Together, they set the direction of the Group's cross-functional development projects and review strategic partnership projects. Led by Romain Verani and Laurent Déchaux.
6 members, including 4 physicians
Anticipating innovation. It brings together internationally renowned experts to prepare the future of nuclear medicine. Lutecia Care is the only player to guide its medical and scientific strategy with such a committee.
