Passing on, partnering, progressing
Three founding commitments to physicians
Lutecia Care brings physicians together and supports them with the same high standards, offering them the strength of a group without ever taking away their freedom of practice.
Preserving your freedom and carrying forward what you have built
Partnering with Lutecia Care means growing stronger without giving anything up. It means passing on your centre without compromising anything.
We enable physicians to realise the value of the centre they have created and developed, while preserving its identity, its local roots and the autonomy of its medical teams. We provide the centres with the financial, operational and institutional resources they need to grow. Medical decisions remain in the hands of physicians. Our model serves a broader ambition: to preserve, for the long term, an independent nuclear medicine, led and governed by nuclear physicians.

Putting the new generation in charge of the medical project
At Lutecia Care, young physicians do not simply join a centre: they become partners in a collective project.
We make it easier for them to set up in practice and involve them in medical decisions from the very start. Their perspective carries weight in our strategy: it is partly thanks to them that we invest in the latest equipment and practices in nuclear medicine, which they can put to use from the very beginning of their careers.
Beyond their own centre, they can become shareholders of the group, take part in its development, strengthen their expertise and open up prospects that no stand-alone practice could offer them.

Harnessing the strength of the collective for medical excellence
Freeing physicians from constraints and giving them the means to advance their discipline.
Lutecia Care makes the network a driver of medical progress. We pool expertise, shared experience and resources to develop new practices, adopt innovations faster, raise quality standards and carry projects beyond the reach of a single centre. With one constant goal: to improve access to care throughout the country, in close collaboration with healthcare institutions.
