Grégory Hiely

An ESCP graduate, Grégory began his career in London at J.P. Morgan, in mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare, consumer brands and retail sectors. He then spent nearly 10 years in healthcare investment in Paris, first at PAI Partners and then at Téthys Invest, the Bettencourt Meyers family's investment holding company, where he supported major French healthcare companies with a long-term vision.

Grégory founded Lutecia Care in 2024 with the clear ambition of building, alongside physicians, a leading independent player in nuclear medicine. Since then, he has led the Group in close collaboration with the management team, the presidents of the practice companies and the college of partner physicians.

Grégory is Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
